BREAKING: EXPLOSIONS IN U.S. EMBASSY IN ATHENS

BREAKING: There are reports coming out of Athens, Greece that an explosion occurred inside of the U.S. Embassy there. Via Reuters:

An explosion ripped through the U.S. embassy compound in central Athens on Friday, police said.

It was not clear what caused the blast and there was no immediate word on whether there were any casualties.

UPDATE: I am assuming that details on what's going on are EXTREMELY few and far between since NONE of the major media outlets have come on air live yet, despite the fact that the story first broke about 10-15 minutes ago.

UPDATE #2: Associated Press reporting as well. I still can't figure out why no TV media has gone live with this yet, perhaps it's just not as big of a story as the online reports will have us believe? Or like I said in the earlier update, might just be a case of simply NO details yet..?

Sounds like this is a reaction to Bush breaking another International Law when he attacked an Iranian embassy.

Typical...George Bush continues to make the world more treacherous for everyone, especially Americans.

Will Congress please get this man out of the White House before he blows up the planet?

Buzz...Buzz...

Your right, I mean when Ayatollah Khomeini was in charge he was no threat to America right? His open hatred towards America shouldn't have been considered a threat. Now the new leader is even more peaceful. Refusing to stop nuclear production and openly backing insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan, your right he's no threat at all. Instead, the straightforward U.S. President must be the one causing all the problems, not the militant Arabs bent on controlling the entire Middle East. And since you mention it, I guess Osama Bin Laden isn't a threat either, it must have been President Bush who killed those 3,000 innocent civilians. You people make me sick.
