7:45PM UPDATE!

Webb now leads by approx. 6300 votes, although CNN is painting an extremely different picture, showing Allen up by the same amount. Not sure what is going on with that. Henrico county is still showing Allen up 327-0. I also should point out that SBE has NO VOTES TALLIED in heavily Democratic Northern Virginia, Richmond City, Roanoke City, Charlottesville City, or Norfolk.
