Allen campaign broke?

The Allen campaign has run itself flat broke. Apparantly, in purchasing their final TV spots they can't afford to run any *new* spots in Northern Virginia. The Allen campaign claims it's just a rumor by the Webb campaign to demoralize GOP voters. Even if that's true, check out this article which shows that Webb is FAR outspending Allen on ads for the final few days (especially in NOVA).
