Obama to officially announce his bid for President tomorrow

I now have proof that there are in fact other things going on in the world besides overweight tramps dieing of drug overdose. CNN is reporting that Barack Obama will officially throw his hat into the ring for a Presidential run in 2008. Obama will reportedly be announcing the bid at a political rally in Illinois tomorrow afternoon.

In case anyone is wondering why it seems as though almost every single major announcement from 2008 Presidential hopefuls has come on a Saturday, I do believe it's a tactic employed by the candidates because Saturday's are often slow news days, and the media is more likely to be all over it, all day long. Although, it backfired on Senator Brownback Mountain when he unintentionally announced on the same day as Hillary Clinton, and was overshadowed by her announcement.
