97.42 percent in; Way too close to call

Okay, so the flurry of posts is over, and updates are coming a little less frequently, but 4 hours 35 minutes after the polls have closed across Virginia, the race is WAY too close to call. Only 4722 votes seperate Allen from Webb, with much of Richmond still left to be counted. If I remember correctly these same precincts were slow to report last year as well. The Washington Post has reported that ALL absentee ballots in Virginia will be counted tonight, some have already been counted, but some have not, most notably those from Arlington, heavily Democratic. The Democrats have picked up 4 seats(PA, OH, RI, PA) although Maryland may be in question now according to the WaPo. MO, MT, and VA are still all too close to call.
