CNN HAS WEBB DOWN BY 400 VOTES; SBE SHOWS DIFFERENT STORY

The SBE(State Board of Elections) has Jim Webb trailing by ABOUT 10,000 votes(he was trailing by as much as nearly 30,000 at one point), but yet CNN has Webb down by only 400. This has been the case all night with Webb trailing by FAR less according to CNN than the SBE. I don't know where CNN is getting their numbers from but I sure would be interested to find out what the problem is. I also can't help but wonder if the technicaly problems SBE was, and still is having, might be part of the problem??

Elsewhere, the Democrats have picked up seats in Ohio, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania tonight, and need only 2 more PICKUP seats to equalize the Senate, and 3 more PICKUP seats to gain control.

Most news organizations are also calling Maryland for the Democrats as well. Although it won't be a pickup, the seat was thought to be in trouble.
