Tom Vilsack: 'America wants outsiders'

Tom Vilsack told CNN's Wolf Blitzer the other day on Late Edition that he wants American troops home from Iraq immediately, and described Iraq as a civil war. Vilsack also said that he is "the outsider," and wants energy security, health care security, quality education and a balanced budget.  Checkout the full interview:
